So I stupidly paid for this app, but then was never able to log into it; I keep being sent back to the page to pay for it again. And when I tried to contact Knockdown Outdoors at their listed email address, that address was not even in service. So I canceled but still have no way to receive a refund of my useless payment. What a scam!"

"Do not purchase this app. Once you have signed up there is no way to cancel your membership. They will not respond to your e-mails and there is no way to contact any representative to the app. In order for me to end my membership I had to revoke their ach privileges with my bank which cost me $35.00."

Customer support emails and work tickets have been sent yet I still have no responses. I've waisted time and money for nothing so far. Update: 9 days later I finally had someone reach out and fix the problem. They said it was an issue on their side. The app is actually a good app, just hope nothing goes wrong and I have to reach out to customer support again..."
